Happy Halloween!!

We hope that everyone had a safe and Happy Halloween!! Our boys had a great time!! Our neighborhood is lots of fun on Halloween and there are literally kids everywhere! They were even busing in from other neighborhoods this year. This year, Carson was Optimus Prime (a Transformer). He chose the costume himself and was 100% not going along with matching his brothers or doing one of my "themes". His costume was a total pain to locate and I literally spent several hours online to find the "right" one with a "mask and the gun". It arrived...after spending way too much money on it, and it was kind of piece of crap. HOWEVER, he loved it and that is all that matters!

Cade also chose his own costume this year. He was BUZZ Lightyear and totally loved it. I had to hide this costume several weeks ago because he was wanting to wear it every day. The only downfall was that it is totally made of vinyl! He was so hot and sweaty and gave up on trick or treating after a couple of hours in that costume. He was so happy to come back to the house and pass out candy. Apparently, he was passing out candy in his underwear and got called out by some girls for being "captain underpants"! I was out trick or treating with the others, so I missed that.

Cannon was an adorable pirate! I absolutely love this age!! He is at the point where you can pick whatever you want to put him in and he will wear it with a smile and leave the hat alone! He just kept giggling...probably because everyone was smiling and laughing at him! Here, he is saying, Ahoy Matey!
Me and our little pirate!

Cannon also had a good time checking out the other kids' costumes. He loved touching Buzz!
All of the kids checking out Cannon's costume.Carson and Andrew showing me what their costumes can do.
After meeting up with our friends and checking out the costumes (and the parents filling up our drinks...), we headed off for some serious trick or treating!
The Brown boys and Carson were troopers and hit every house with lights on in our section of Silvercreek. I can't believe how much candy they came home with!

Cannon in his pre trick or treating outfit...It says "I want candy!". It's getting much harder to take pictures of him now that he is mobile. I would sit him down, and he'd crawl off.

We hope that everyone had as much fun as we did! The boys are already planning their costumes for next year....
