Weekend at The Hancock's

We went up to the Hancock's lakehouse the weekend before school started. It was so much fun!! I'm not sure who enjoyed it more, the grownups or the kiddos!!

We all hung out and had tons of great food! The Ardillo's came up too, so we got two visits in for the price of one!! The boys always enjoy Aunt Jen and Uncle Scott.

The lakehouse neighbors had this great little paddle boat that they let us use. Scott mostly paddled the boys around the lake and they had a blast!

Carson skipped out on a nap that afternoon and toodled around the lake with Scott instead.

We all went out on a boat on Saturday and had a great time! Carson and Cade loved it!

Cannon and Daddy having fun on the boat...I love this picture!! Cannon wasn't looking this happy on the way back across the lake though. He screamed his head off the entire time...oh, and he has this great trick now where he holds his breath and doesn't breathe when he is really upset. It's big fun for me!! I was a wreck the whole way across the lake...luckily, he took a marathon nap when we got back!!

Cannon spent a lot of time dancing on the deck. How awesome is this boom box? I can't put it's name on the internet...

And he hollered a lot, because that is how he rolls these days.

The big boys loved playing in the water outside of the lakehouse. Carson was surfing here.

OH, and the ride back. It started out peaceful...everyone took short naps.

But ended like this! The wheels fell off right before we got home and it was ugly!! Gotta love road trips with three kids under five!It was an awesome weekend with our awesome friends!! What a great way to end the summer and kick off a new school year!! Thanks, guys!! We love y'all!!
